That may be so, but it is still very common for Texinfo documents
to use exactly the same text for the section title as for the node name,
or text which is very similar.  I don't believe in inconveniencing the
user to "force" them to think about the node name.  All we should do is
mention some considerations in the documentation for node names, such as
making them short and easy to type, and differing from each other earlier
on to allow easier completion.
