Please don't invent a dedicated fullscreen button, but listen for the fullscreen
wm state and show/hide stuff appropriately. neod will take care of
setting/removing the fullscreen wm state.

The device manager daemon should turn off all things not being used during
suspend (i.e. bluetooth, gps, usb?, anything else?). It should turn these on
