Can't we do this with uninstalled.pc files rather than moving directories and

The terminal just duplicates what happens when you login from a remote shell. We
should change it in a generic way. How do other distributions do that?

Summary: Disable pulseaudio's CPU limiter to prevent shutting
itself down
Product: OpenMoko
Version: unspecified
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: minor
Priority: P2
Component: Applications & Dependencies
AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
CC: [email protected]
pulseaudio tries to be nice and shuts itself down when it consumes much CPU
time. Unfortunately this behavior is triggered when you access the pulseaudio
server on the neo via network and send a stream to it (from the PC, yeah :) ).
A workaround is to disable this feature by adding the --no-cpu-limit argument to
the start script.

Still a problem. Try this URL:

which I've also added in the URL field of the bug for future reference.

I don't think (hence the bug the report).
With an -uninstalled.pc file, you can only adjust compiler/linker directives
(most notably -I../path/) for the uninstalled case. If the client source code
refers to headers with a specific path via #include, the headers won't be found
because they do not have the same path in the library source code.
