Click on speaker icon during calling is normal, you can hear answer tone from
speaker, but speaker doesn't work after someone answers the phone. If I want to
use speaker for conversation, I have to click on speaker icon again.

Suspend about 10-15 minutes, I can resume to X, but there is not sound for
click. When I calling and talking via Neo FreeRunner, I still can hear the
sounds.

Well, it sounds good we are suspending and that's all that's wrong :-)
Can you try to run
# alsactl restore
from a shell after resume and see if it allows the feedback sounds again?

After suspend too long maybe more than 30 minutes, I cannot resume to X
normally. First Neo FreeRunner will crash on the lock screen, after suspend
again, there is no respond when press and hold the power button.

Hey this is a good test. We didn't expect suspend duration-based issues.
Can you explain about the "crash", maybe find some log evidence in dmesg or X
log if it is that.
