If i boot the GTA01, PIN request comes up. If i now wait for some time neod
brings NEO in suspend. If i then wake the NEO up, the PIN request dialog
disapears and i can't enter the PIN any more.

We had that immediate wakeup on GTA02 as well, but I don't remember what

another phone calling -> neo: hearing on both sides the clicking sound when i
knock the other device on the table.

another phone calling -> neo: hearing on the "another phone" side doesn't work
anymore.
I didn't have enough time for testing yet, but it seems that the mic doesn't
work on receiving a call after resume.

Well, there are only two likely possibilities.
RF interference is picked up by some aux MIC channel on the codec that is high
impedence and couples to it. Then we can solve this by turning off mixing
this signal into what is captured (test using Alsamixer).
RF interference couples to our ACTUAL mic signal. I don't know what we can do
about that in kernel :-)

After checked the trace, TI said it is similar to one issue happened on their
another platform. They already had a patch for that, TI is waiting for the
testing result of the patch.
If the patch is the solution for this, there'll be a new gsm firmware in the
future.
