  * priority:  highest => low
  * severity:  normal => major

Comment:

 That is awful!

 I guess this ticket should be left open to track that as a goal. I'm not
 sure what priority we would want to put on it. In my opinion, it needs to
 be done in order to be an acceptable multimedia device and to appear
 polished in general, but it's not breaking anything.

#1718: python-pygtk programs don't work

 I tried installing python-pygtk to run a script someone had written, but
 it (and all other pygtk scripts) fail out with this error:

 ----

 Traceback (most recent call last):
   File "./pygtkconsole.py", line 14, in <module>
     import gtk
   File "/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/gtk-2.0/gtk/__init__.py", line
 82, in <module>
     init()
 NameError: name 'init' is not defined

 ----

 The error seems to be indicating that the problem is during the
 initialization of the gtk stuff.

 I'm using the 'http://downloads.openmoko.org/openmoko-repository/ASU/'
 feed and I ran opkg upgrade today and it didn't help.

Comment(by noha):

 This worked for me also. But I had to specify -force-depends as on option
 to the opkg remove commands. And I had to install also illume. Otherwise I
 got a e-wm desktop.

 Yesterday, I used was with the ASU software.
 I formatted my SD card, with a 6Bg partition in ext3. That was working
 fine.

 Today I use the FSO software, and it is not recognize.
 I did a dmesg to check what was going on :

 EXT3-fs error (device mmcblk0): ext3_check_descriptors: Block bitmap for
 group 1 not in group (block 0)!
 EXT3-fs: group descriptors corrupted!

 At the moment, to change contact page, to display other contact, you need
 to click on the arrows...
 on the same screen, there is X (4 on mine) square, that represent which
 page you are...

 It would be nice to be able to directly click on the square, and directly
 get to the concerned page.
