Comment:

 Which image did you flash? Please specify the URI you used? Which kernel
 did you flash? What is the charging state? Do you have a battery
 installed?

 I think you don't have a battery in your device or that the battery is
 empty. If that assumption is false please be more verbose and reopen the
 bug.

 If a package gets dropped from a task or someone removes a task all not
 directly installed applications should get removed.

 Can we turn this into a general "boot" performance bug? For our next
 upgrade we should set a specific goal for such things.. It should ask for
 the PIN within 5 seconds or such...
