Comment(by kenrestivo):

 I am now using the ASU Qtopia keyboard with the Full-QWERTY option, and it
 solves all my problems and is very usable. I'd suggest just using ASU as a
 solution.

Comment(by olv):

 I am still trying to reproduce the problem.

 Following comment #2, I encounter
 https://docs.openmoko.org/trac/ticket/1066. It might not be the cause,
 or, I might be very lucky so far that glamo happens to finish its job
 before each Copy command is issued.

Comment(by gdevenyi):

 I should also note, I've now tried connecting to this router in both Open
 mode (no encryption, just MAC filtering) and WPA2. Neither of these works.
 Error is the same for both.

 there's been some interesting threads on community lists:

 don't know if this helps.

Comment(by tfm):

 Replying to [comment:9 tfm]:
 Issue has changed for me. Don't know if it is related to a new kernel.
 With qtopia and newest kernel through opkg update I have the following:
 when resuming after long suspend the FR resumes correctly. Just the first
 20 sec the screen is all white. But the device is working already, e.g.
 it's ringing.

 again to keep things together:

 there is a software workaround in the linux kernel to reduce interference
 on sd card access. mwester provides the image for download here:
