Comment(by werner):
A small update: I booted FSO MS3 and let it just sit there completely
idle.
No user input, no SIM card, and no suspend. After about 15-19h, events/0
ran at ~20%.
This time, Xglamo remained silent. So it seems that busy Xglamo is indeed
unrelated.
This might be a continuous interrupt from the S3C MMC hardware. A similar
problem has been observed a while ago with the mainline driver.
Never having observed this problem when using a stack that had SD-SPI at
its bottom also resonates with my hypothesis.

Shouldn't this show up on cat /proc/interrupts?

Comment(by zecke):
Xfbdev is running instead of Xglamo and Xfbdev does not have recent
changes from xglamo... We use Xglamo again but Xfbdev should be fixed for
gta01.

Comment:
Like #1533. Xfbdev is running and Xfbdev does not have the right patches,
we need them for gta01 anyway.

Comment(by werner):
Good that you mention it. Indeed, I also saw that S3C MMC got quite a lot
of interrupts, about as many as the timer. Could be cause or effect,
though.

#2067: qtopia-phone-x11 overwrites (important) configuration files on package

Hi.
I tried to switch off qtopia indexing for the SD card, as I store map
tiles for TangoGPS there, and the indexing is a great waste of resources
(tempted to file another bugreport for it ...)
This has been done by editing the file
/opt/Qtopia/etc/default/Trolltech/Storage.conf
Unfortunately, this file (and the others ...) gets ovewritten on qtopia-
phone-x11 update, loosing valuable changes.
I do not know if it is a bug within the qtopia-phone-x11 package or a
shortcoming of opkg, since I am not familiar with this packaging system,
however in either case, the current behaviour is really nasty ...
