 call for keyboard.

Comment:

 The andy-tracking kernels now stop charging when the battery is full, but
 continues to watch the battery at intervals of several minutes and will
 decide to resume charging if it falls below a threshold.

 This avoids the continuous charging scenario that the battery vendor did
 indeed tell us would make trouble.
