 I do not know exact steps to reproduce yet but I have hit this bug
 multiple times. I'll try provide more info if I figure out how to
 reproduce this.

 Basically /sys/class/backlight/gta02-bl/bl_power contains "0" but the
 backlight is on. If I write "0" there nothing happens. If I write "1" the
 backlight turns _off_! If I then write "0" the backlight turns on again...
