i have the more or less same issue with 6.7-beta, but before
spending money again, i'd like to know if you've found any
solution.
Hardware: (dmesg attached)

- Gigabyte S2H B450 Mainboard
- G.Skill RipJaws DDR-3200 16GB memory
- Ryzen 3200G (Vega graphics)
- new MSI RX560 (Polaris 11) - i need DP output
Problem:

With amdgpu(4) enabled, everything runs fine and smooth for minutes,
sometimes hours (especially if you don't start lots of programs), but
all of a sudden X freezes. That means, you can move your mouse, ssh in,
also top and other programs are still running, but you have to kill -9
X, to get back to business. This only applies for Polaris 11-see Results
below.
Test:

Meanwhile i have found a good test to force the error. Open a two-sided
pdf with mupdf and scroll pretty fast between page1-2. Within 15-45 sec
X hangs - always.
Results:
-------
- 3200G Vega - amdgpu(4) = ok
- 3200G Vega - efifb(4) = ok
- Polaris 11 - amdgpu(4) = randomly hangs
- Polaris 11 - efifb(4) = ok
So, the RX560 (Polaris 11) is involved, but it's still not clear if
- the Polaris 11 is defect
- - || - has comp. issues with the memory
- - || - has comp. issues with the mainboard
- there are software issues with amdgpu(4)
I know about this thread on freedesktop.org [1], but again...
before buying sth new, i'd like to know about your findings.
