not *entirely*, you could add a disklabel entry pointing at the part if disk holding such a partition using one of the non-spoofed letters. still, multi-boot systems with openbsd and this many other OS on a single drive are not that common, and as has been mentioned, increasing the number of disklabel partitions is not simple, so cost:benefit ratio is not great.
