Looks like you have corruption in
/usr/libdata/perl5/amd64-openbsd/IO/Uncompress/Base.pm
I attached Base. pm
You could try running the installer and doing an 'upgrade' install
to your existing version (and then running syspatch again) but
depending on the cause of corruption you might run into problems
again later.
