Audio on my laptop no longer works: mpv just hangs and sndiod -d
periodically outputs rsnd/0: watchdog timeout. I bisected the issue to
sndiod: Add the server.mode control making the setting dynamic
The below patch fixes the issue, but is obviously unsuitable to commit.
dev_sio_onmove is not called without the below patch.
