The static memory benchmarks can be used to catch static memory usage 
regressions. This would be something new for the RTEMS Project. These 
regressions may happen also due to compiler changes.

We already have lots of repositories, so using one more shouldn't be such a big 
deal. The tooling in `rtems-central` could be quite useful for releases and 
continuous integration.
