bsp.h is a public header file and even though there are many counter examples, 
should not include private information with names that are BSP specific

These address constants should be in another header file not included from 
bsp.h. Every application should not see them.

@opticron may have a suggestion for an alternative specific file name. It would 
be in bsp/
