## Summary
`reg_rti.h` models `RTIDWDPRLD.DWDPRLD` as a 16-bit field
According to the TRM for both supported variants, it is only 12-bits:

height=237}
## Expected behaviour
Reduce width from `0, 15` to `0, 11`
