Andrew Johnson commented: https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/work_items/5623#note_152976 Michael Davidsaver decided that for PVXS using libevent was easier than implementing the various different requirements for network interface code running on the Linux, Windows, macOS, VxWorks and RTEMS platforms that we support. He will have tested it for pc386/pc686 on the RTEMS 4.9, 4.10 and RTEMS-5 builds that the epics-base CI configuration currently builds for, so I assume the problem that @junkes is reporting here is probably specific to RTEMS 6 and/or 7. The workaround ("Fix: …") above is a modification to the bundled libevent code inside PVXS. -- View it on GitLab: https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/work_items/5623#note_152976 You're receiving this email because of your account on gitlab.rtems.org.
