The tree wide expected-fail state of `psxfenv01` carries no reason and dates
back to the commit which added the waf build system. The test passes on eight of
the eleven architectures which run a full test suite, where the test runner
reports it as an unexpected pass. On microblaze, moxie and or1k `fesetenv()`
returns `-ENOTSUP`, because the C library declares the floating point
environment macros without implementing them.

Found while running the full test suite on eleven simulators. This description
was created with Claude Code assistance.
