The module of `dl06` calls `lcong48()`. With a Newlib built with `--enable-newlib-reent-thread-local`, the object file of `lcong48()` defines the thread-local state of the rand48 functions. The thread-local storage of each thread has the size which the link of the base image determines. A loaded module therefore cannot provide thread-local objects. The load stops with "global symbol not found: _tls_rand48_add". The test can link `lcong48()` into the base image, so that the module resolves it there. The defects of rtems-ld and of the RAP loader which make `dl06` fail on other architectures, for example #4001 and #4948, are separate. Found while running the full test suite on eleven simulators.
