I'm running the mock in my box with F31 , after run [1] and [2] you
will reproduce the error . 


[1]
dnf --enablerepo=updates-testing update "mock*"

[2]
mock -r epel-7-x86_64  --no-clean libvncserver-0.9.12-1.fc32.src.rpm
