I apologize if this has been previously discussed but appreciate any responses--
Would a healthcare provider, whose receipts are less than $5 million per year and has fewer than 20 FTEs, be required to apply for an extension to the October 16, 2002 compliance date? As a small plan/provider, who intitially had until October 2003 to comply, is there any reason that they would need to submit an application for an extension?
