Blaise, the short answer is NO. Depending upon how you classify Vitex, few Pieridae utilize anything in the Lamiaceae or Verbenaceae. A novel host is always possible, but in such cases as yours, it's much more likely that a Capparis (or related plant) was overlooked or stripped of recognizable leaves.
