Yes kk, but what i thought of a buffer account that could help subsidise the students that come for this meet, any surplus could always be kept for the next meet in oct as we wont be able to ask for funds every time. anyway this issue can be sorted out with the mutual consent with some senior members of the group Also since the next meet will be held only in march april it will be too early for students to let us know three months in advance right now.
