The CEO of ARRL briefly addresses the "Parity" legislation in an article in the July issue of QST. "Mythbusting: ARRL Not A Big Radio Club." He says " The act is the best we can get passed after years of hard work by our volunteer board members ... we have a seat at the table ... If you belong to an HOA, read the contract you willingly signed."
