Back in my younger days, I did onsite warranty for Dell. Was certified on virtually everything they made at the time, tape drives, servers, desktops and laptops. Had a ball. Some repairs took almost no time and others were quite involved. You learned where all the screws went and I just put them all in a little cup.
Customer almost always watched. Would be really funny to watch them try and do it later. 73...bruce Sent from my iPhone On Aug 29, 2021, at 2:57 PM, rodney martinez via BVARC <bvarc@bvarc.org> wrote: I am repairing a Dell as we speak. This is a P16-G frame. Dell made many models with different internal CPU's, etc. But frame and motherboard is common. Note the cracked hinge I must remove and replace 73, Rodney NK5Q <20210829_145131.jpg> <20210829_145148.jpg> Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android On Sun, Aug 29, 2021 at 14:40, rodney martinez via BVARC <bvarc@bvarc.org> wrote: ________________________________________________ Brazos Valley Amateur Radio Club BVARC mailing list BVARC@bvarc.org http://mail.bvarc.org/mailman/listinfo/bvarc_bvarc.org Publicly available archives are available here: https://www.mail-archive.com/bvarc@bvarc.org/ <20210829_145131.jpg> <20210829_145148.jpg> ________________________________________________ Brazos Valley Amateur Radio Club BVARC mailing list BVARC@bvarc.org http://mail.bvarc.org/mailman/listinfo/bvarc_bvarc.org Publicly available archives are available here: https://www.mail-archive.com/bvarc@bvarc.org/
