Hello Amal, 
 I recently got my licence and going through this process with hoa 
restrictions.  While ARRL efhw is great, I would recommend chameleon’s version. 
If you have tall trees, you can use their longer version that’s resonant from 
80 meters. Id you prefer vertical, mfj is awesome but I would definitely go 
with dxcommander. I currently have a mfj1979 whip which is only 17ft. Check out 
the dxcommander rapid or classic. For antenna analyzer, go for rigexpert 230 
which is more than enough for many of us.
