Thanks for trying it. The problem here, I think, is that the actual translated string has markup to indicate the accelerator key and the search matches strictly. If you search just for "differences" then it does come up in <https://translations.launchpad.net/qbzr/trunk/+pots/qbzr/de/+translate?batch=10&show=all&search=differences>.
