Thanks for trying it.

The problem here, I think, is that the actual translated string has
markup to indicate the accelerator key and the search matches
strictly.  If you search just for "differences" then it does come up
in 
<https://translations.launchpad.net/qbzr/trunk/+pots/qbzr/de/+translate?batch=10&show=all&search=differences>.
 Perhaps it should try a less strict match.

I'm not sure what's up with that.  When I clicked through to
https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/qbzr/trunk/+pots/qbzr/de/+export
I get a message saying that it takes a while to prepare the export and
I will get an email with the link soon.

I can see two translations there depending on whether there are
trailing dots, one is "Zeige alle Unterschie&de" and the other is
"Zeige Unterschie&de in Datei" which seems wrong.  I just suggested an
update.
