[Bzr-mac] Including Paramiko and PyCrypto in the 10.6 installer?

I've seen a few tweets from people claiming the 10.6 installer is "broken" because it doesn't include Paramiko (the comments were more of the "bzr is broken on 10.6 because SFTP doesn't work). I'm still debating if we should include such dependencies in the bzr installer or direct people to install those themselves. Thoughts?
