As I remember in earlier versions of Ubuntu(at least before Ubuntu 11) I could
run build.sh after running
sudo apt-get install build-essential libtool
But now I need to run
sudo apt-get install build-essential libtool pkg-config
Otherwise configuration fail. We need to add this fact to installation
documentation.
