What do you mean there by continuity?

C++Builder 2009 was released mid last year, so it's far from a dead
product, if that's what you were hinting at.

Borland/Inprise/CodeGear/whatever-they're-calling-themselves-today
kinda lost the plot with the C++BuilderX IDE, but the other versions of
C++Builder are apparently pretty solid.

Hard to say whether it would suit you, though.  You'd need to give us
more of an idea of what you want to use it for.
