I guess this changes (Borland/Inprise/CodeGear/Embarcadero...,
especially the low price Embarcadero paid for it...) show some
uncertainties. And over the past couple of years it’s evident the
preference for the Delphi development over Builder.

The idea is to start a project for an ERP application/solution.
