Two options
1) Compile source code or 2) Run directly from binary. 
If you cannot get 1), switch to 2). 
I use FC7 and used binaries. Go to package manager, search for 
wxDev-C++ & GTK2 and install completely.
Download Code::blocks rpms for FC7 and perform install. Makesure you install 
development rpms, so that you get to browse the code much better.
