Try adding the path of the bin directory of dev cpp in...
My Computer -> right click -> Properties -> Advanced System Settings ->
Environment Variables -> select path -> and click edit then give a semicolon
at the end and specify the directory path.
This should work... If this doesn't check if there's a make.exe in your dev
cpp bin directory!
