OK, Its been a journey, but I have the answer. The information you provided me was a template. I didnt know that. Peter, you have to change the figures to your increment_id table. You have to do it in sequential order because after the initial import is finished it will only pull records from external_ids that are higher than the last record. The external_id is a table in the postgresql database. We have over 90,000 records here and it will take me probably a day to get all of our data inputed but I hope I will not have any more issues. As for the development team. I extremely appreciate your work on this module. I have compared it to other openerp connectors and yours is vastly better. Peter I can help you if you are struggling still. I have managed to start importing my sales orders. I have my products imported.

Status in Magento Open ERP Connector: Invalid Bug description: I'm using current stable (5.0.12) on an Amazon EC2 ubuntu 10.4 instance. I have installed and configured the openerpconnect module ok and the corresponding magento module. In OpenERP, clicking on the referential actions in turn (1 - Import Customer Groups through to 5 - Import Product Attributes) works fine but when I click on 6 - Import products I get the following error. We have approx 2000 products, is this a timeout problem, or something else?
