I've been looking through some recent DC build logs and am noticing the
following types of messages:

Build Area mount point: /backup_tank/dc
==== im-pop: Populate the image with packages
Initializing the IPS package image area:
/backup_tank/dc/build_data/pkg_image
Setting preferred authority: opensolaris.org
        Origin repository: http://indiana-build.central:10000
pkg cmd: /usr/bin/pkg image-create -F -p
opensolaris.org=http://indiana-build.central:10000
/backup_tank/dc/build_data/pkg_image
pkg cmd: /usr/bin/pkg -R /backup_tank/dc/build_data/pkg_image
set-property flush-content-cache-on-success True
Verifying the contents of the IPS repository

(specifically the lines that start with pkg cmd:)

These seem informational and I don't have a problem with them per se. I
also however see these kinds of messages:

pkg cmd: /usr/share/distro_const/finalizer_checkpoint.py
/tmp/ManifestServ.995 /backup_tank/dc/build_data/pkg_image
/backup_tank/dc/build_data/tmp /backup_tank/dc/build_data/boot_archive
/backup_tank/dc/media all_lang_slim_cd_x86.xml
/backup_tank/dc/.step_im-mod backup_tank/dc/build_data at .step_im-mod ====
im-mod: Image area modifications

These trouble me. They don't seem to make sense. And certainly
shouldn't be prefixed with pkg cmd: since they aren't in any way related
to pkg.

Does anyone know what these messages are about and if they really are
benign?

Full detailed log attached. FWIW, this log was generated by DC from
slim_source tip against the indiana-build:10000 repo.

Thanks,

Glenn
