usr/src/lib/libti/ti_dm.c 1840 idm_debug_print(LS_DBGLVL_ERR, "Using VTOC call\n"); I don't think you want LS_DBGLVL_ERR here. I think LS_DBGLVL_INFO or maybe LS_DBGLVL_WARN is more correct.
