I'm ok with the name Install Manifest. But I have a concern that if we call the criteria manifest the AI manifest, it will cause confusion and that when someone talks about the AI manifest, we will find ourselves asking, "Do you mean the old AI manifest or the new AI manifest that used to be called the criteria manifest?"
