I suggest that if one or more "silent-load" drivers fail to load a 
"missing drivers" notification can be posted. Clicking this would open 
the "add drivers" panel, or if one is already open, update it with the 
additional devices that don't have drivers as a result of the load 
failure. Extra credit for noting in the Drivers column that the driver 
failed to load. The user can retry and/or ignore if the driver is not 
critical.
