Hi, IMHO not for IPS (at least not currently). See Moinak's observations on - and comments about - scriptable packaging in general, on his Blog. See the new pkg system he has developed in fall 2008. I guess it should be possible to enhance IPS a bit into the direction he describes, even if only on pseudo (not native) basis. p.s. A GUI for DC is an interesting project. For some time I thought about this myself. But you were much faster. Congrats! Is the src available somewhere, already? Did you write it in Gtk? regards, %martin
