Hi Abdel, as far as I am aware of, you should be able to install build 116 using 2009.06 (build 111b2) AI.
AI manifest is stored in /tmp/ai_combined_manifest.xml file on client side - could you please verify that it is the expected one ? Looking at the log file, following information can be deduced: install service name: 0906sparc install service location: 172.22.203.20:46501 criteria applied: None (default manifest used) location of AI manifest: /var/ai/46501/AI_data_default.xml Could you please verify if this is expected or if there is any inconsistency in service configuration ?
