Congratulations!
At this point we have a working AI sun4v install, and we have a short
list of issues we understand and can live with. It's time to get the AI
test team more involved...
Known issues:
Bug 6080 ICT set_Solaris_partition_active needs to handle OBP device names
Bug 6138 AI server returns always default manifest even if ARCH are
specified for Sparc manifest
- AI doesn't honor the custom manifest system-architecture setting; it
always uses the default manifest setting.
Bug 6128 installadm reuses /var/ai data and screw up manifest
- Server port numbers mapped to specific services get reset and changed
upon server reboot
Sundar will shortly be announcing to the caiman-discuss alias the
working image and documentation of how to use it. Next week, we need to
test in parallel with the AI test team, to give more exposure.
