The plan is to get rid of the install-finish script. Instead try to
leverage "The Finalizer" to invoke the ICT.
To track this issue I have file bug: 6255
"ICT - Use more flexible method, than install-finish to invoke ICT"
Although I agree the name change would be a good thing, because of this
plan, I don't think it is necessary.
