Why does configuring zones after deployment have to be a manual process? This has actually been one of the biggest weaknesses with the management of zones since their introduction. That is, jumpstart has long been available allowing me to provision global zones from a standard configuration. With finish scripts you can have a fully functional system after an unattended automated installation. With Solaris 10 zones, I had to do a lot of work to get zone provisioning to this level. Are you really saying that I need to adapt the work that I did to fully automate zone builds in Solaris 10 to OpenSolaris? -- Mike Gerdts http://mgerdts.blogspot.com/
