Not a big deal;  I thought of a single bug as a way of keeping the test 
stuff organized.

But, if individual bugs is how it needs to be, then I can just change 
the synopsis to what Jean putback, update the bug to negate the 
instructions I put in it, and be done with it.  I'll make this change.
