I'm just looking to get the bare minimum set up working. I am really hoping to get the basics working and develop the site as i learn more php but I'm not getting very far yet. I suspect my problem is no SSH access to my ISP's server.
I know its a pretty vaque request but does anyone know how easy this is for someone with only a limited knowledge of server setups.
