I answered on ask.cakephp.org for a long time, but it logged me out on a regular basis and didn't give me notifications when people commented or asked further questions, so I would have to revisit questions just to see the activity. I've started answering on StackOverflow instead. I agree that Ask had potential but I just don't think it received the love it needed.
