I had similar issue. You can try enter this into app/.htaccess file
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c> RewriteEngine on RewriteBase / RewriteRule ^$ app/webroot/ [L] RewriteRule (.*) app/webroot/$1 [L] </IfModule> And check if there is on your Auth component allowed to display home page. Hope this helps, Cheers 2012/9/27 Paul Willis <paul.wil...@me.com> > Hi > > I can't get a brand new CakePHP installation working on a customer's > server.
