I'm looking for web hosting for a cake application I'll be building, preferably on the east coast of North America. Anyone knows of a reliable hosting provider that could accommodate the needs of CakePHP? The one thing that has me worried is the mod_rewrite option in apache, I'm not sure if that is typically included in shared hosting environments.
